"Was anyone else’s packaging this bad?"
My box showed up crushed and halfway open, and everything inside looked like it had been thrown around during shipping. I’m disappointed because I expected way better packaging from them. Am I overreacting, or is it fair to expect the items to arrive a little more securely?

I tried checking out a few times, but the payment kept failing for no clear reason. After a while, it just felt like I was being brushed off with no real help or explanation, so I gave up and bought nothing.

"Felt a Bit Left in the Dark"

"Got the wrong items, which was disappointing"
I ordered a few specific things and, unfortunately, two of them didn’t match what I picked. One was a completely different product, and the other came in the wrong size. I reached out by email, but it took longer than I expected to get everything sorted out. The items that were correct were fine, so it wasn’t all bad, but it was still frustrating to pay and wait only to deal with the wrong stuff. I’m not sure I’d order from them again

I was hoping this would work better, but I just didn’t notice much of a difference. I used it the way they said to and gave it a fair shot, but I pretty much felt the same the whole time. Maybe it helps other people, but for me it was disappointing. And trying to get any real help or answers just felt like dealing with another automated system that doesn’t actually listen, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

"Website Was Kind of a Hassle"
Not gonna lie, I was just trying to browse a few items, but the website made it more frustrating than it needed to be. Some pages were slow to load, and a few buttons weren’t super clear at first.
The menu was probably the most annoying part, especially on my phone. I kept having to go back and click around just to find what I was looking for.
The products might be totally fine, but the site itself could definitely use some work. I almost gave up before I finished looking around

"Umm, it broke way too fast"
It seemed okay when I first got it, but umm, after about a week it already started falling apart. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

I ordered from poppynproducts.com thinking it would be straightforward, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. it turned into more stress than it should’ve been for a simple order.
I did get tracking info, but it barely updated for days, which was really frustrating because I had no idea if the package was moving or just stuck somewhere. I kept checking it and worrying, which was not what I signed up for.
The package did finally show up, and the product itself was okay, but the long wait kind of ruined the experience for me. If I needed something quickly, I’d definitely think twice before ordering from them again.
"Not much to choose from"
I went on poppynproducts.com hoping to browse a few different options, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the items looked really similar too, so it was hard to tell what the actual differences were, which got a little annoying.
Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly what basic thing you need, but I wish the site made things clearer. Between the small variety and the unclear product info, I ended up leaving without buying anything

I was kind of confused when this showed up because the product details didn’t really line up with what I received. At first I thought maybe I misread something, then I went back and checked the listing, and nope, it just wasn’t the same. Not the biggest disaster, but it definitely threw me off

"Didn't Feel Worth the Price"
I don’t feel like this was worth the money for me. The quality was just okay, but for what I paid, I expected a lot better. I also kind of got the feeling that nobody really read or cared about my message when I reached out, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me, it just didn’t feel like good value
"A bit hard to use"
The site does work, but I didn’t find it very easy to move around. Some pages were little slow, and I had to keep clicking around just to find basic info I expected to see faster.
Checkout was also kind of confusing for me. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I got annoyed after a while and almost gave up before finishing.

"Still waiting to hear back"
I reached out to customer service and still haven’t gotten any kind of reply. It’s frustrating, especially when it feels like they’re quick to take your money but not so quick to help once there’s an issue.
